tamale

ingredients


4 chicken


4 pork ribs


1 tbsp of cumin


onions


2 tomatoes


tbsp of sugar


tbsp of cilantro


vinegar

banana leaves

1 large choped carrot

Method


1. First chopped carrot,onions,and tomatoes.


2. Mix the chicken,and ribs with vinegar,sugar,cilantro,and cumin.


3. Now mix the chopped carrot,onions, tomatoes,green peas,olive oil,salt to the chicken and ribs.


4.Now to make the arepa use the following directions cornmeal,and fresh warm water mix together until it transforms into a dough.


5. Now time to put all the ingredients into one.First put the dough in the center of the banana leafs.Then put the chicken,and ribs on top of it. After start adding carrots,onions,tomatoes,sugar,the boiled cut up eggs, potatoe,2 tbso of hogao,green peas,cumin,cilantro, and finally add some dough on top to finish it off.


6.Now just closed to banana leafe together to form a close wrap, and just string the wrap a few times to keep it very closed. Now just put foil all around it to properly secure it, so it wouldn't fall apart while boiling it.


7. Now put the tamale in a boiling water pot, and leave it in there for about 3 hours, to keep it nicely cooked.


8. Once the process is done you are ready to serve it to guests or family members to enjoy eating this awsome snack.

bandeja paisa recipe

ingredients
2 eggs
strip pork
steak
beans
rice
arepa
vegetables
sausage
lemon
Method

1.First add a lot of oil in a metal bowl,once it is very hot start adding the pork strips.Keep on checking the pork strips until it is nice, and crispy.Once it is nice and hot you can take it out of the oil,and put it into a plate with towls so it can cool down.

2. For the beans take it out of the cane. Put the beans,and the liquid in a metal bowl. Add some water in the bowl by using the bean cane. Heat up around medium to high temperature until the beans start to cook. leave the cap a little bit open so the water wouldn't increase. Stir every 6 minutes of the beans. Leave it until the beans start to develope,and hardened. Once it is cook, you can now leave out for it to cool.

3. Clean the rice with warm water to take out dirt, and rocks.Put the rice in a metal bowl in medium and high temperature. Measure some water,and add it into the rice so it can develope.Once the rice is heating up keep the metal cap a little opened for air to come into the pot. Stir the rice a few times. Leave it to cook for around 23 minutes so it can start to cook inside out. Once the rice is nice ,and hard you can leave it out to cool down.

4. Get out some cornmeal, and water to start mixing them together.Mix it until the cornmeal is nice,and soft so you can now turn it into a flat ball. Then put it on top of a already heated wire rack. heat both sides of the cornmeal to fully cook it.

5. You can add 2 cook eggs, and tropical fruits.

6. Oil up the pan,and heat it up to place any type of steak. leave it in the pan, cut it up, fry both sides of the meat until it is cook.

7. For the sausage use beef, and then use either sausage maker or by hand. Place the now completeted sausage in a frying pan,and add some lemon.Fry both sides of the sausage so it can cook, and cut it up a little bit for heat to get in. Once it is done you can now leave your sausage to cool down.

8. Now you can put all the food together, and enjoy eating this delicious food recipe.

ingredients

white cornmeal
fresh water

Method

First mix cornmeal with good amount of water. Start mixing it together for a good amount of time,(if you need more water keep on applying with the cornmeal so it can mix better).Once the cornemeal is soft, flatten it so you can put it into the hot wire rack, and start flipping it on both sides until it is hard. For the sausage cut the beef into small pieces. Then put the beef into a sauage maker so it can do the process a lot faster or by hand. Once completed put the sausage in a pan with olive oil, and add some lemon. Once it is nice a juicy you can now serve it on top of the arepa. This is how you make arepa and sausage.














potatoes and tomato sauce with cream

ingredients

2 tbsp of margarin
6 onions
1 teasp of salt

8 potatoes, boiled

cumin

1 teasp of cilantro

1 tessp of oregano

pepper

1 cup of cream

cheese

grenn onions

Method

First add some margarine,onions, green onions, and tomatoes into the frying pan. Cook it until it is soft, then stir it a few times. Then start to add some cheese,stir it until cheese has melted. Start mixing the formula,and leave it to heat up for another 15 minutes. Once it is all nice,and tendery take it out of frying pan,and leave it to cool for around 16 minutes or more. Then take out the boiled potatoes,and place it on plate. Then add the sauce of the ingredients from the frying pan on top of the potatoes or next to them. Now you are ready to serve this recipe of tomatoe sauce with cream.

colombian frijoles

ingredients


400g of beans


230g of pork


olive oil

2 to 3 tomatoes

green onions

Method

First step is to chop the pork into pieces.Then place the pork in a pan with the hot oil, fry it until it is well cook.Once it is crispy take it out of the pan,and put it into a bowl with towls so it can absorbed the oil. Clean the beans with water, then put the beans, pork fritters, and lard into the pot. Boil all of it for 2 hours,and stir it for 20 minutes,then cover it until it is getting tendery. colombian chicken

ingredients


2 pounds of chicken, cut into pieces
1 lemon

1 tbsp of olive oil

3 teasp of salt
pepper

paprika

3 ounces of olives

1/2 of cup orange juice

large union, sliced

1 green bell pepper

red bell pepper
Method

Cut chicken into small pieces, and place them all in a bowl. Then lemon it, cover it with tin, and then place it in the refrigerator.Turn on the oven to 350 degress, and place the chicken in there.

Then heat the olive oil to medium high, start putting salt,paprika in a bowl, and after place it all on top of the chicken.Start putting some olive,onions,grenn bell, and red bell peppers in the baking dish with the chicken. Then pour some orange juice,and cover it with tin. leave it in the oven for about 1 hour in a preheated oven. Once the formula is done you are now ready to eat a home made chicken.
