colombian frijoles

ingredients


400g of beans


230g of pork


olive oil

2 to 3 tomatoes

green onions

tbsp of cilantro

salt

cumin

lard

Method

First step is to chop the pork into pieces.Then place the pork in a pan with the hot oil, fry it until it is well cook.Once it is crispy take it out of the pan,and put it into a bowl with towls so it can absorbed the oil. Clean the beans with water, then put the beans, pork fritters, and lard into the pot. Boil all of it for 2 hours,and stir it for 20 minutes,then cover it until it is getting tendery.
