bandeja paisa recipe

ingredients
2 eggs
strip pork
steak
beans
rice
arepa
vegetables
sausage
lemon
Method

1.First add a lot of oil in a metal bowl,once it is very hot start adding the pork strips.Keep on checking the pork strips until it is nice, and crispy.Once it is nice and hot you can take it out of the oil,and put it into a plate with towls so it can cool down.

2. For the beans take it out of the cane. Put the beans,and the liquid in a metal bowl. Add some water in the bowl by using the bean cane. Heat up around medium to high temperature until the beans start to cook. leave the cap a little bit open so the water wouldn't increase. Stir every 6 minutes of the beans. Leave it until the beans start to develope,and hardened. Once it is cook, you can now leave out for it to cool.

3. Clean the rice with warm water to take out dirt, and rocks.Put the rice in a metal bowl in medium and high temperature. Measure some water,and add it into the rice so it can develope.Once the rice is heating up keep the metal cap a little opened for air to come into the pot. Stir the rice a few times. Leave it to cook for around 23 minutes so it can start to cook inside out. Once the rice is nice ,and hard you can leave it out to cool down.

4. Get out some cornmeal, and water to start mixing them together.Mix it until the cornmeal is nice,and soft so you can now turn it into a flat ball. Then put it on top of a already heated wire rack. heat both sides of the cornmeal to fully cook it.

5. You can add 2 cook eggs, and tropical fruits.

6. Oil up the pan,and heat it up to place any type of steak. leave it in the pan, cut it up, fry both sides of the meat until it is cook.

7. For the sausage use beef, and then use either sausage maker or by hand. Place the now completeted sausage in a frying pan,and add some lemon.Fry both sides of the sausage so it can cook, and cut it up a little bit for heat to get in. Once it is done you can now leave your sausage to cool down.

8. Now you can put all the food together, and enjoy eating this delicious food recipe.
